In Destin, we performed a complete exterior rehabilitation project at the Shoreline Towers property–that is, all three towers, townhomes, and clubhouse buildings–consisting of many components that drive their core business model.

We worked closely with O’Connell & Associates, Shoreline’s consulting engineers, and the board of directors to ensure the specifications and project details were meticulously carried out. These upgrades allowed the owners to be on the cutting edge of Florida’s newest statutes for structural milestone testing and providing insurance upgrades that increase the property’s value.
