Our team was contracted to perform exterior restoration work on the Sterling Breeze Parking Garage. The project involved several steps, including removing and replacing floor sealant joints, cleaning joint surfaces, installing backer rods, and applying new urethane joint sealants. We also shot-blasted a turn lane section of coating to prepare it for a new coating application, pressure washed the area before the new coating, and applied BASF Master Traffic 1500 Heavy Duty vehicular traffic coating. Once the coating was completed, a sub-contractor was brought in to perform striping. Our team’s expertise in exterior restoration ensured the project was completed successfully, providing a safe and secure environment for the garage’s users.
