3.0       Purpose

 

For the purposes of this policy, “C-Sharpe Co., LLC” shall hereinafter be referred to as “C/Sharpe”. This designation is used for convenience and shall not affect the legal status or rights of C-Sharpe Co., LLC.

 

A privacy policy is a written, published statement that articulates the documented position of an organization on how it handles the personally identifiable information (PII) that it gathers and uses in the normal course of business. The policy includes information relating to the processes of information collection, analysis, maintenance, dissemination, access, expungement, and disposition.

 

The purpose of the policy is to articulate publicly that C/Sharpe will adhere to legal requirements and policy determinations that enable the gathering and sharing of information to occur in a manner that protects personal privacy interests. A well-developed and implemented privacy policy uses resources wisely and effectively; protects the organization and the individuals; and promotes public trust.

 


4.0       Procedure Owner

 

The ACTING CTO, in conjunction with the ACTING ISSM, is responsible for the administration and execution of this Policy.

 


5.0       Definitions

 

ACTING CTO: Chief Technology Officer who is responsible for the technical direction and strategy of C/Sharpe systems.

 

Information System: [44 U.S.C., Sec. 3502] A discrete set of information resources organized for the collection, processing, maintenance, use, sharing, dissemination, or disposition of information. May also be referenced as “system” or “IS”.

 

ACTING ISSM: The C/Sharpe Information Systems Security Manager over C/Sharpe systems. Responsible for implementing the technical strategy directed by the ACTING CTO.

 

ACTING ISSO: Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) is responsible for ensuring the policies and procedures established by the ACTING CTO and ACTING ISSM are executed via technical, physical, or operational means throughout the C/Sharpe systems.

6.1     Privacy Notice

 

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for C/Sharpe and our website, https://csharpe.com/. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:

 

– What information we collect;

– With whom it is shared;

– How it can be corrected;

– How it is secured;

– How policy changes will be communicated; and

– How to address concerns over misuse of personal data
