In collaboration with O’Connell & Associates, who performed inspections at various stages of the repair process, our team executed multiple services to ensure the structural integrity and visual appeal of the parking garages at SeaChase Condominiums.

The project primarily focused on overhead concrete repair, addressing damaged areas and restoring their strength and durability. We also carried out partial structural column repair, reinforcing the columns and ensuring their stability.

We applied textured coatings to enhance the overall appearance, providing a visually appealing finish that adds an extra layer of protection to the concrete surfaces. Additionally, we performed metal framing and stucco repairs on the drop-down ceiling chases in the parking garage, restoring functionality and aesthetics.
