C/Sharpe is parking structure concrete repair experts. We recently performed a parking garage concrete repair project at Windermere Condominium under the direction of BECI. The scope of work consisted of installing expansion joints and repairing deteriorated concrete on columns identified by the engineer. We are currently performing phase 2 of the project, which involves repairing the spalling concrete on the ceilings.
