We recently performed an exterior coating and repair project at One Seagrove Place under the direction of Building Engineering Consultants, Inc. The scope of work consisted of various stucco, concrete, and sealant repairs as part of the surface preparation required on an aging structure before applying a new coating system. Once necessary prep work was executed, the full building was pressure washed and painted with a Master Builders Solutions coating system tailored to One Seagrove Place.
