We recently performed a full building exterior restoration project on the exterior façade of Islander Beach Resort under the direction of O’Connell and Associates Consulting Engineers, LLC. The scope of work consisted of complete coating removal on the walkway and balcony floors, extensive concrete and stucco repairs, total sealant replacement, as well as full building coating to all walls, ceilings, and floors. Additionally, the East building trash rooms and the West building framed demising walls were in various states of disrepair, requiring full replacement.
