Island Princess underwent a comprehensive exterior repair and enhancement project that was executed successfully by our team. The project involved several steps, including route and seal concrete cracking at concrete decks, overhead partial depth concrete repair, repair of concrete slab edges, repair of corroded rod chairs, repair of EIF Finish cracking, repair of EIF Impact Damage, removal and replacement of delaminated stucco, removal, and replacement of all failed sealants, installation of new sealants, repair, and painting of all entry doors, and installation of new tile at all private balconies.
