Inlet Reef
We recently restored the exterior of Inlet Reef, making sure to fix any issues that could compromise the safety and security of the building’s residents and staff. This included repairs to the walls, decks, sliding glass doors and windows, and adding waterproofing to the building. We also repaired the stucco and added new scuppers to the walkway walls. We repaired the concrete slab spalls to address surface damage caused by the rusted rebar overhead. The tennis courts were fixed using epoxy injections according to ICRI guidelines, and we also cleaned and repaired spalls in the concrete walls. The sliding glass doors were repaired, and new thresholds and rollers were provided. We re-sealed the windows between the stucco and metal frame and used wet glass glazing. Finally, we applied a new wall coating to the garage wall, tennis court structure, guard shack, and other structures and walls on the site. All wood louvers, lattice, and garage headers were painted to further enhance the safety and security of the building’s residents and staff.
