Our team was contracted to perform exterior restoration work on Indigo Condominium in Perdido Key Florida. The work included the removal and replacement of build joint sealants and glass perimeter sealants, installation of a new standing seam roof, application of a liquid roof coating, and installation of a stucco refinishing system. We restored sliding glass doors by installing new rollers, cap seals, locks and weatherstripping. The Indigo also received window glass replacement, additional balcony lighting and receptacles, coatings, as well as concrete and handrail repairs.
