We recently performed a full building exterior restoration project to the exterior façade of Destin on the Gulf under the direction of Pendleton and Bowman Inc. The scope of work consisted of damaged concrete repair, replacement of all sealants, removal of the existing walkway and balcony flooring, and then the installation of a new decorative floor coating. Additionally, guardrails were removed, stored onsite, and re-installed upon completion of the deck coating to provide a monolithic floor system that fully protected the exposed concrete surfaces.
