We recently performed a full-building exterior restoration project under the direction of Cornerstone Facilities Engineering, Inc. The scope of work entailed waterproofing and coating all exterior wall surfaces, all walkway and balcony ceilings, EIFS/stucco repairs, and concrete repairs.
