In the aftermath of Hurricane Sally, we worked closely with the HOA and the Beach Colony Tower engineer to quickly and safely address the damages caused by the storm and restore the facility to its former glory.

We began by providing hurricane mitigation and interior repairs, guarding the structure, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Our crew then replaced the flat and metal roofs, guaranteeing a durable, long-lasting solution.

To enhance the visual appeal and protect the building, we conducted stucco cladding, window systems installation, handrail replacements, and applied deck coating and sealants, offering further and future protection against the elements.

Finally, we installed specialty atrium glass systems, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the already beautiful building.
