We recently completed a comprehensive renovation project for Infirmary Eastern Shore. The project involved multiple steps, including surface preparation through washing all building areas that required coating or painting and washing the roof-level steel structure. Additionally, we checked existing sealant materials for failures, replaced any needed, cleaned all joints, and applied a new backing rod where applicable before re-sealing all joints. We then coated all exterior flat walls of the main building with wall coating, while exterior flat walls and the roof of the OR Building were also coated. Finally, all steel entry and miscellaneous roof level flashing were painted to ensure a cohesive and professional appearance. Our team’s attention to detail made this project a success, and we look forward to continuing to provide high-quality exterior restoration and general contracting services to our valued clients.
