We recently completed a full, three-building exterior restoration project on the exterior façade of Seaside Neighborhood School under the direction of O’Connell & Associates Consulting Engineers, LLC. The scope of work consisted of removing and replacing all windows, damaged/rotten framing & cladding, removing and replacing all sealants on the three buildings, and coating all exterior walls.
