We get it, applying for jobs and interviewing is stressful. And to make it worse? Having no idea what to expect after you hit “apply”. You start wondering…

 

“When will I hear from them?”

“I got an interview! But what happens after that?

 

You shouldn’t have to wonder what’s going on behind the scenes, which is why our Talent Acquisition team will always let you know what to expect throughout the entire process.

Interview & Hiring Process

At C/Sharpe, we believe you should be aware of what to expect throughout the interview process and never be left wondering if we even got your application. Here is an overview of what our process looks like after you hit “apply”!

Step 1: Apply Online

Apply online and our Talent Acquisition team will promptly review your application. While it can vary depending on the role, the process typically takes around 2-4 weeks from hitting “apply” to “you’re hired!”. We are thankful for your interest in our company and appreciate your patience!

Step 2: Screening Process

After applying, our Talent Acquisition team will reach out providing a link to complete a “Culture Index” evaluation. This just helps us better understand what types of roles you are best suited for! If you are selected for next steps, our Talent Acquisition team will schedule a phone call or video interview to learn more about you and your story. We will dive deeper into discussing opportunities at C/Sharpe and how you could add value to the team!

Step 3: On-Site Interview

Come and meet us in person! The on-site interview will likely include an office tour and a visit to one of our job sites.

Step 4: Offer Letter

If there is a right seat for you at C/Sharpe, we will send you an offer letter that will include valuable information you will need to know about your role!

Step 5: Hire & Onboard

Welcome to the C/Sharpe team! Once you have accepted your job offer we will schedule your start date and begin the onboarding process. You will have a dedicated member of the Talent Acquisition team as your liaison to guide and support you through the process and answer any questions you may have!
