This project involved application of exterior coatings and extensive structural concrete repairs across the entire building. Tile was removed, repair mortar was placed to aid in drainage and a urethane waterproof membrane was applied to the balconies. Also performed as part of the envelope restoration was removal and re-installation of balcony sliding glass doors to allow framing repairs and application of perimeter waterproofing. The success of this extensive restoration project can be attributed to a great team that included design and quality control by Pendleton+Bowman.
