Similar to many gulf front resort properties, occupancy demands created limited opportunities for a major restoration project. However, between Labor Day and Memorial Day, a job was completed that included a major overhaul of the stucco cladding, installation of new guard railing, walkway and balcony deck re-finishing, installation of new sliding glass doors and windows as well as interior finish repairs surrounding the new sliding glass doors and windows.

C-Sharpe’s recent exterior restoration project included rebuilding the framed columns on balconies, removal and replacement of building sealants, stucco repair, application of wall and ceiling coatings, installation of decorative quartz pedagard to the balcony floors, replacement of the building’s aluminum guard rails, roof repairs, and replacement of the corroded roof soffit around the building. This project was performed under the direction of Destin based engineering firm, BE-CI. C-Sharpe previously coated the building during the last coating cycle in 2010.
