C-Sharpe was engaged by the home owners association to perform waterproofing maintenance upgrades to this condominium building located on Okaloosa Island. An elastomeric coating was applied to the exterior wall surfaces along with joint sealant replacement and stucco repairs. Tile was removed from the common walkways, and a decorative quartz urethane coating system was applied in its place. In addition to the building coatings, the top level of the parking garage was recoated with a traffic rated urethane system.
