We recently performed an exterior restoration project at City Centre for TP Thirteen LLC and NAI Talcor under the direction of Building Engineering-Consultants, Inc. The scope of work consisted of a total exterior cladding system upgrade; the original stucco cladding system was removed and replaced with Centria metal panels. Additionally, all new windows were installed to complete the new building envelope.
