The City Centre exterior restoration project was completed for TP Thirteen LLC and NAI Talcor under the direction of Destin based engineering firm, BE-CI. The aging building originally constructed in downtown Tallahassee in 1983 was in need of a total exterior cladding system upgrade. The original stucco cladding system was removed and replaced with Centria metal panels. Additionally, all new windows were installed to complete the new building envelope.
